• GBB EEC Gamma-butyrobetaine ethyl ester HCl
• CaloriBurn® Aframomum melegueta seed extract (supplying 6-paradol)
• CapsiAtra™ (Dihydrocapsiate)

CarniShred Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, take one serving (one tablespoon) daily, preferably on an empty stomach prior to cardiovascular activity or a strength training workout.  Do not exceed 3 servings in a 24 hour period.
